$0.25 per completed envelope $20 a month minimum
The $20 monthly minimum covers your first 134 completed envelopes, and each one past that costs $0.25. You are charged when an envelope is completed — signed by everyone — and never for one that is declined, voided, expired or still in flight. Billing follows the calendar month, and the month you go live is prorated. Usage past the minimum is invoiced monthly. Sandbox envelopes are free and are never counted.

Common questions
What counts as an envelope?
An envelope is one PDF sent to one or more recipients. It is counted once, when it completes: every recipient has signed. Nothing is charged for an envelope that is declined, voided, expired, or still waiting on a signature, and sending a test to yourself never counts.
How does the minimum work?
Your monthly invoice starts at $20, which covers your first 134 completed envelopes. Each one past that is $0.25. There is no allowance to run out of and no tier to move up to. Billing follows the calendar month, UTC, and the month you go live is prorated from that day. Your dashboard and the API show the exact amount so far, so there is nothing to work out yourself.
Is there a limit on how many I can send?
No. There is no cap, and nothing pauses sending because of volume. Above 100,000 completed envelopes a month, talk to us about pricing at sales@signenvoy.com. The published rate keeps applying until we agree something else.
What does the sandbox cost?
Nothing, and it does not expire. Sandbox envelopes go out on test keys, are watermarked, and are not legally binding. They are never counted and never billed, before or after you go live.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and retry. After 7 days, sending pauses, but everything already out for signature can still be signed. On day 30 we send a final notice listing every envelope still open. If the balance is still unpaid on day 37, those open envelopes are cancelled, everyone on them is told, and the workspace returns to the free sandbox. Sealed PDFs stay downloadable the whole time, and after.
Can I cancel, and do you give refunds?
Cancel any time from your billing page. It takes effect at the end of the calendar month, and until then you can keep sending up to the 134 envelopes your minimum covers. We don't refund or prorate for cancelling or for envelopes you didn't use. Anything you have already sent can still be completed after that, and is billed when it completes. Your workspace then returns to the free sandbox with everything in it. If you go live again, you get new API keys and webhook secrets.
